I had a cooking day a few weeks ago that was very successful lots of chicken – pies etc and plenty of stock. I used the stock to make soup – I think I added few too many noodles…what do you think!

Chicken soup
Woody
Woody is poorly. He has suspected diseased cruciate ligaments on the right hind leg and is going to hydrotherapy on Tuesday to prepare him for surgery in a few weeks and to get him use to it for when he has had the surgery and will need hydro and physio to recover. He is also on medication and will be for the rest of his life. Poor old Woody. It doesn’t seem to bother him too much apart from the shaved patches and a little bit of a limp (that dissappears when he sees another dog) he is doing ok and he absolutely loves going to the vets all that attention and so many people to meet.
Gardening
We have been attempting ot get a raised bed started and growing some fruit and veg since the end of Feb – it is taking longer than expected. We still need more top soil and then the seeds and plants to nuture! we have been let down by suppliers and we haven’t really pushed to get it finished but we will get there…
London Bar
We had a lovely night out with Matthew and his cousin Cherry. Yet again we had great food – I do think there needs to be a few specials changed weekly tho as we have eaten the menu three times over. Maybe we just need to not eat out so frequently – but the service, food and locations are just too good!

Carys is growing up fast I really wish I could see all of them more often, especially now as its only now with pictures of Carys getting bigger that I am noticing just how much time goes by between seeing Gayle and family.
