I have got a bit behind with writing on here and I have struggled with updating pictures. So Gavin has sorted it for me to upload my pictures more easily. Please click on the My Photos link on the right, funnily enough in the links section and I will update my photos regularly!!!!

That’s because Apple are rubbish and don’t support Flash properly – try looking at http://www.soniabarker.co.uk/photos/recent.php
